Oasis webinars can use built-in reminder emails. Enable them by going to <strong>Manage Feature</strong> and selecting <strong>Reminder Email</strong>. Then return to <strong>Detail</strong> and, under the <strong>Email</strong> tab, set reminders for <strong>1, 3, and 7 days</strong> before the live event. Users will receive emails at those intervals. You can customize the message using the <strong>pencil icon</strong>, though the default text is usually sufficient. If you’re using Zoom or another integrated webinar platform, you may also use that platform’s reminders, but avoid enabling both to prevent duplicate emails. Choose one system: Oasis or the native platform.
